Both options include regular system checkups, warranties, discounts on repairs, and priority service to ensure your home stays comfortable year-round. Whether you choose the comprehensive Diamond Plan or the budget-friendly Platinum Plan, you’ll enjoy reliable care and peace of mind.
- 2 visits per year
- 2 year warranty on parts and labor (for work we perform)
- Inspection checklist and report
- Waived diagnostic fee
- After hours rates same as normal hours
- 10% discount on all repairs
- Condenser and Evaporator Coil cleaning (if access door is present)
- Burner orifice cleaning (if gas system)
- Same day response time (call must be recorded by 2:00 pm)
- $49.00 monthly fee or $588 annual fee
Diamond Plan
This monthly membership includes:
- 2 visits per year
- 1 year warranty on parts and labor (for work we perform)
- Inspection checklist and report
- 5% discount on all repairs
- Condenser and Evaporator Coil cleaning (if access door is present)
- Burner orifice cleaning (if gas system)
- $16.00 monthly fee or $199 annual fee
